With highly experienced OB/GYN experts, all our physicians and nursing staff are committed to providing one-on-one attention and individualized care in order to establish communication and trust. You will be provided with the most up to date information, options, screening tests, and treatments.

The practice offers obstetrical services including preconception preparation, prenatal care, genetic testing, high-resolution 3D and 4D sonograms, low risk and high-risk pregnancy management, labor and delivery care, and postpartum care including breastfeeding and contraception.

I moved from Cali to Texas a couple months ago. I have tricare and it was hard finding an OB out here. I called so many places and thankfully i called the right place! The reviews were also very helpful! My OB was Kyle Spencer and he performed my C Section! I had to be admitted at 28 weeks and he would try to visit me every day! He delivers at Baylor Scott and White Health which is a great hospital for both mom and babies, specially preemies which i have! Dr Spencer and his staff are amazing!

I only thought I had good OB care with my first child…Dr. Gaitonde and all of this staff completely blew me away! He is incredibly smart and knowledgeable about high risk pregnancies. He was always the one to personally call me with answers to questions /test results. He even remembered my job and waited to call after hours. He sat in on sono’s to help understand what you are seeing and give you peace of mind! He also came in to deliver my son in the middle of the night even though he was not on-call and I continue to this day tell people how he put us all at ease cracking jokes in the operating room. All the nurses at Baylor love him, and his attention to detail. He cares!! And you can tell he truly loves what he does!

About Our Office

The practice offers gynecology services like well women exams, Pap tests, HPV management, HPV vaccines, vaginitis and STD testing, birth control, pelvic sonograms, breast care, PCOS, stress and anxiety care, incontinence evaluations and treatments, ovarian cyst care, fibroid care, and menopause care. A full range of surgical treatments include in-office hysteroscopy evaluations and treatments minimally invasive laparoscopy and Robotic surgery for endometriosis, ovary cysts, hysterectomy, removal of fibroids, abdominal and vaginal hysterectomy, incontinence procedures, and pelvic reconstruction for prolapse are available.
